Seasonal infusions made in-house from natural botanicals.

From the bar, not from a flavour bottle

We make Klar Vodka behind the same bar where we serve it. There are no artificial flavourings or colours: the character comes from fruit, herbs, flowers and time. Current combinations change with the season; blackcurrant with rosemary and cherry with damask rose are two examples.

How the flavour gets into the bottle

We use traditional maceration: selected botanicals rest in the spirit until their aroma, colour and flavour are where we want them. The result can be served neat or used as the base of a cocktail. You can try the current infusions at Klar, Krakowskie Przedmieście 41 in Warsaw.
