The boxes arrive before the event. On the day, we meet on Zoom or your preferred platform and build the drinks together, step by step. Between pours, our bartender explains why each technique works and shares the stories behind the cocktails. Dawid has spent years behind cocktail bars and has opened venues in the UK, Norway and Poland. During the workshop he keeps the pace relaxed, explains why each technique works and makes room for questions, mistakes and a little friendly competition. His background in photography helps too: the drinks should taste good, but they should also look the part on camera.
