Cocktail workshops at Klar

Proper tools, practical techniques and a few good stories from behind the bar.

You take the shaker; our bartender takes care of the pace, technique and stories. We run workshops for birthdays, hen and stag parties, company events and groups that simply want to spend an evening on the other side of the bar. The format works for both first-time mixers and guests who already know their classics.

Reservations & workshop formats

Tell us about the group, occasion and experience level in the form below. We will suggest a format and send you a quote; workshops start at PLN 200 per person.

MASTERCLASS: three cocktails and 3 different techniques - Prohibition era / Modern Classic / Best of Klar.
ADVANCED: two cocktails and 2 different techniques - Brunch favorites / Old Friends / Simple classics.
Each workshop can be individually modified, including welcome drinks, extra bartender attractions, gift bags and tailored add-ons.

Cocktails with liquid nitrogen

Adrian Monik combines pastry technique with liquid nitrogen to change the texture and temperature of familiar cocktail ingredients. The group learns how the method works and uses it to make frozen gin sour popcorn, ice shells filled with vodka ice cream, edible whisky stones and nitro lollipops. This format is available for groups of at least six people.
